Factory Overview — One Campus, Full Process
Founded in 2008, FootwearShoes operates a 12,000㎡ integrated footwear factory in Houjie, Dongguan, Guangdong — the heart of China's shoemaking supply chain. Around 350 skilled workers, pattern engineers and QC staff work across development, stitching, lasting, finishing and export warehousing on a single campus.
Keeping every core process in-house gives buyers tighter lead times, consistent workmanship and direct communication with the people actually making the shoes. Every year we produce around 3 million pairs for customers in more than 60 countries, from independent brands to national retail chains and Amazon FBA sellers.

Production Lines — Eight Lasting Lines, 3M Pairs a Year
Our factory runs eight dedicated lasting production lines, capable of cemented, injection, vulcanized and strobel construction. This flexibility lets us produce performance sneakers, leather dress shoes, work boots, canvas shoes, EVA slides, safety footwear and kids shoes in the same facility.
Combined capacity reaches approximately 3 million pairs per year. Dedicated flexible-line cells handle low MOQ orders from 300 pairs, while the main conveyors sustain container-volume programs above 50,000 pairs per style, with bulk lead time normally 25-35 days after sample approval.

Quality Control — Four Checkpoints Under AQL 2.5
Every order passes four documented inspection stages under an AQL 2.5 standard: incoming material inspection, cutting and stitching inline checks, lasting and assembly checks, and a final random audit of finished, packed pairs covering stitching symmetry, bonding, color, sizing and packaging.
We welcome and routinely host third-party factory audits and inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, QIMA and customer-nominated inspectors. The plant holds BSCI and SEDEX social-compliance audits and ISO 9001 quality management certification, and our safety shoes can be supplied to CE and ASTM F2413 requirements with supporting test reports.

Materials — A Full On-Site Material Library
Long-term partnerships with tanneries, knit mills and sole compounders give us a deep, sampled material library. Buyers can choose full-grain, top-grain and split leather, suede, nubuck and PU; engineered mesh, fly knit, canvas and recycled rPET fabrics; and molded EVA, Phylon, PU, rubber, TPR and TPU sole systems.
Our material team verifies batch color, thickness and hand-feel against the sealed sample, arranges REACH-compliant and eco-certified options for the EU market, and supplies test reports for leather, adhesives and restricted substances so your compliance and customs clearance run smoothly.
