Design Review & Tech Packs
Our engineering team reviews your sketches, CAD files or reference shoes, then produces a full tech pack with BOM, material callouts, stitch lines, Pantone colors and graded size specifications before sampling starts.
Last, Mold & Sole Development
In-house CNC workshops carve custom lasts, outsole molds and EVA midsole tooling. Exclusive molds remain your property, and revised tooling is iterated quickly without third-party delays.
Material Sourcing & Sampling
Genuine leather, suede, engineered mesh, fly knit, canvas, rPET, PU, nubuck, rubber, TPR and EVA are sourced from qualified tanneries and compounders. Wear-test samples ship in 7-15 days by DHL or FedEx.
Bulk Production & AQL QC
Eight lasting lines handle cemented, injection, vulcanized and strobel construction. Four inspection checkpoints run under AQL 2.5, and SGS, Bureau Veritas or QIMA third-party inspections are welcome.

What is OEM shoe manufacturing and how does it work?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we build shoes from your designs, tech packs or reference samples under your brand. You control the model, materials and branding; our factory handles pattern making, tooling, sampling, bulk production, quality control and export packing. Production starts only after you approve a sealed pre-production sample.
What is your MOQ for OEM footwear orders?
Our standard OEM MOQ is 300 pairs per style, which can usually be split across two or three colorways. Orders from 1,000 pairs unlock better unit pricing, and projects above 30,000 pairs receive dedicated line allocation. If you only need a small test run, see our Low MOQ service for startup-friendly options.
Do I need a finished tech pack to start OEM production?
No. A tech pack speeds up quoting, but we also work from hand sketches, photos, competitor reference shoes or a physical sample sent to our Dongguan office. Our design engineers convert your idea into CAD drawings, BOMs and patterns, and we confirm every specification with you before cutting any tooling.
Who owns the custom shoe molds, lasts and tooling?
You do. Custom lasts and outsole molds paid for by your company remain your exclusive property, are marked with your project code and are never reused for other buyers. We store and maintain the tooling at our factory for future reorders, and it can be returned to you on request at any time.
How do you protect our designs and confidentiality?
We sign NDAs before sharing any design files, restrict project access to the assigned team, and never display customer-exclusive styles in our showroom or marketing. Your molds, samples and packaging artwork are coded to your account, and reorder runs require written authorization from your company.
What payment terms and shipping terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with 70% balance before shipment; irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for large repeat orders. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, CIF to your port, or door-to-door DDP by sea, air or express, including direct delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers.
