Our standard MOQ is 300 pairs per style, which can normally be split across 2-3 colors. Private label projects using existing lasts and outsoles may start from 300 pairs total, while bulk reorders usually begin at 1,000 pairs for better unit pricing. OEM means you provide the design, tech pack or reference sample and we produce shoes exactly to your specifications, with your branding. ODM means you choose from our in-house developed styles and customize colors, materials and logo, which is faster and cheaper because no new tooling is needed. Most new brands start with ODM, then move to exclusive OEM designs once sales are proven.

First samples take 7-15 days: around 5-7 days using existing lasts and outsoles, and 12-15 days when new molds are required. Sample fees are usually USD 50-150 per pair depending on tooling, and the fee is refundable or deductible from the confirmed bulk order. Samples ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx or UPS, and we revise samples until you approve fit and materials.

After sample approval and deposit, standard orders of 1,000-10,000 pairs take 25-35 days. Orders above 30,000 pairs take roughly 35-45 days depending on material availability. We send progress photos at the cutting, stitching, lasting and packing stages, and your account manager warns you early if any material lead time could shift the schedule.

Yes, we export to 60+ countries and support EXW, FOB (Shenzhen/Yantian), CIF and door-to-door DDP. Sea freight is standard for bulk, air freight for urgent restocks, and DHL/FedEx/UPS for samples. Under DDP our forwarder handles customs, duties and last-mile delivery to your warehouse or Amazon fulfillment center with one all-in price.

Yes. We supply woven tongue labels, printed heel labels, sock-liner printing, embossed or TPU logos, custom hang tags, poly bags with warning text, branded shoe boxes and barcode or FNSKU labels. Custom Pantone colors and exclusive packaging can be developed. Your logo and tooling are never shared with or shown to other customers.

Bulk orders use 30% T/T bank transfer as deposit with the 70% balance paid against the bill of lading copy before cargo arrival. PayPal is accepted for sample fees and small trial orders. Irrevocable L/C at sight can be arranged for large, established accounts. All payment details are confirmed on the stamped proforma invoice before you pay.

Yes. We are a direct manufacturer founded in 2008 at our own 12,000㎡ campus in Houjie, Dongguan with 350 workers and 8 lasting lines. Buyers are welcome to visit in person, and we also run live video factory tours showing the stitching, lasting, QC and warehouse areas. Our business license, BSCI/SEDEX audit reports and third-party inspection records are available on request.

Our factory holds BSCI and SEDEX SMETA social compliance audits, ISO 9001 quality management certification, and produces CE-marked safety footwear to EN ISO 20345 and ASTM F2413 compliant safety shoes for the US. Order-specific material test reports — REACH SVHC, AZO, CPC for kids shoes — can be arranged through SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or QIMA.

The process is: (1) inquiry and quotation within 24 hours; (2) tech pack review and 3D/CAD confirmation; (3) sample making in 7-15 days with revisions; (4) PI and 30% deposit; (5) material preparation and bulk production over 25-35 days with four QC checkpoints; (6) final AQL inspection and balance payment; (7) shipping by sea, air or DDP to your destination.

Within the 300-pair MOQ you can usually split production over 2-3 colors and a full size run — for example Men EU 39-46 or US 7-13 in half sizes, or kids EU 24-35. We recommend at least 8-12 pairs per color-size combination so production stays efficient; smaller size curves can be agreed for test orders. Additional colors beyond three may carry a small dyeing surcharge.

For standard inquiries with a clear spec, reference photos or a tech pack, we reply with a detailed quotation within 24 working hours, including unit price, MOQ, sample cost, packaging and estimated lead time. Quotes needing new outsole molds or unusual materials may take 2-3 days while engineering confirms tooling cost. Sending a complete spec sheet, target quantity and destination gets you the fastest quote.
