Canvas Cutting & Decoration
Canvas is batch-checked for shade and shrinkage, die-cut by pattern, then printed, sublimated or embroidered before stitching, with Pantone-matched threads and ink on every order.
Vulcanization Process
Rubber outsoles and foxing tape are heat-cured in pressurized autoclaves at around 120-140°C, chemically bonding sole, tape and canvas upper into one flexible, long-flexing unit.
Lasting & Toe-Cap Forming
Skilled operators hand-last uppers over adult and kids lasts, form the signature rubber toe cap and apply foxing tape by machine, keeping proportions clean on every pair.
Bond & Colorfastness QC
QC runs rub-fastness tests on prints, flex tests on foxing bonds, pair matching and AQL 2.5 final inspection, so colors stay true and soles stay bonded wash after wash.

What is the MOQ for OEM canvas shoes?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pairs per canvas shoe style, which can be split across 2-3 colorways, with mixed adult and kids sizes in the ratio you specify. Vulcanized reorders usually start at 1,000 pairs, and orders of 5,000+ pairs qualify for better material and unit pricing.
What is the difference between vulcanized and cemented canvas shoes?
Vulcanized canvas shoes are baked in an autoclave so the rubber outsole, foxing tape and upper bond chemically into one flexible unit, giving the classic sneaker look and long flex life. Cemented canvas shoes are glued and pressed without baking, allowing lower MOQ, lighter weight and faster development of new prints.
Can I customize prints, colors and embroidery on canvas shoes?
Yes. We customize canvas color and weight, Pantone-matched rubber foxing, toe cap color, laces, eyelets and woven labels, and we support screen printing, sublimation printing, embroidery, rubber badges and applique. Your artwork can be applied to the quarter, heel, tongue or sock liner for a fully custom look.
What materials are used for your canvas footwear?
Uppers are made from 8-16 oz cotton canvas, with organic cotton, recycled rPET canvas and washed canvas options. Linings use cotton jersey or breathable mesh, insoles are molded EVA or latex foam, and outsoles are natural-rubber blend vulcanized rubber, TPR or lightweight EVA depending on your target price.
How long does canvas shoe sampling and bulk production take?
Canvas samples take 7-15 days; printed or embroidered samples with existing tooling are usually ready in 7-10 days. After sample approval and deposit, bulk production of 1,000-10,000 pairs takes 25-35 days including vulcanization, pairing and AQL 2.5 inspection, with 35-45 days for orders above 30,000 pairs.
What private label packaging do you provide for canvas shoes?
We supply woven tongue labels, printed heel tabs, custom hang tags, poly bags with warning text, shoe boxes, carton marks and barcode or FNSKU labels. Molded or printed logos on the foxing and toe cap, custom sock-liner printing and full FBA prep with poly-bag suffocation labels are also available.
