Sneaker Manufacturing FAQ
What is the MOQ for OEM sneaker production?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pairs per style for custom OEM sneakers, which can be split across 2-3 colors. For private label projects using existing outsoles and lasts, MOQ can be reviewed case by case and sometimes starts from 300 pairs total. Bulk reorders typically start at 1,000 pairs for better unit pricing.
Can you manufacture custom running shoes and basketball shoes from our designs?
Yes. We produce running shoes, training shoes, basketball shoes, court shoes and lifestyle sneakers from your tech packs, CAD files or physical samples. Our in-house last and mold workshop develops custom outsoles, EVA midsoles, TPU cages and knit or engineered mesh uppers exactly to your specifications.
How long does sneaker sampling and bulk production take?
First samples take 7-15 days depending on whether new tooling is required. Samples using existing lasts and outsoles are usually ready within 7 days. After sample approval and deposit, bulk production of 1,000-10,000 pairs takes 25-35 days; orders above 30,000 pairs take 35-45 days.
What materials do you use for custom sneakers?
We work with genuine leather, suede, full-grain and split leather, engineered knit mesh, fly knit, canvas, recycled polyester and rPET fabrics, PU and nubuck. Midsoles use molded EVA, Phylon or PU; outsoles include rubber, TPR, EVA and TPU. Material test reports and REACH-compliant options are available.
Do you support private label branding on sneakers?
Yes. We supply woven tongue labels, printed heel labels, sock liner printing, custom hang tags, poly bags with warning text, branded shoe boxes and barcode or FNSKU labels. Custom Pantone colors, debossed logos and molded TPU logos can be developed for your sneaker line.
Can I get a wear-test sample before bulk production?
Yes. We recommend approving a pre-production sample for fit, materials and construction before bulk. Sample fees range from USD 50-150 per pair depending on tooling, and the fee is refundable or deductible against the bulk order once confirmed. Samples ship worldwide by DHL or FedEx.
