Safety Footwear Engineering

Protective components, certified constructions and batch testing on dedicated safety lines

Protective Toe & Midsole

Steel, composite or fiberglass caps absorb 200-joule impacts, while steel or flexible aramid midsoles stop nails and debris at 1,100 newtons, fitted and position-checked on every pair.

Certified Sole Engineering

Dual-density PU is direct-injected for cushioning plus a dense wear layer; rubber heat-resistant outsoles, SRC treads and oil/acid-resistant compounds are molded for specific worksites.

CE / ASTM Compliance Support

We schedule impact, compression, penetration, flex and slip tests at independent SGS or Intertek laboratories, supply CE marking files and ASTM test reports, and support your technical documentation.

Inline Safety QC

Toe-cap dimensions, midsole placement, antistatic ESD readings and sole bond strength are checked inline, followed by AQL 2.5 final inspection before packing and shipment.

Inside the Safety Lines

Safety Footwear Manufacturing FAQ

What is the MOQ for OEM safety shoes?

Our standard MOQ is 300 pairs per safety shoe style, split across 2-3 colors. Styles requiring a new outsole injection mold or custom toe-cap tooling start at 500 pairs. Reorders begin at 1,000 pairs, and distributor programs of 5,000+ pairs qualify for better pricing and standing stock of components.

What safety certifications can you provide?

We build safety footwear to CE EN ISO 20345 S1, S1P, S2 and S3 requirements and ASTM F2413 requirements for the US market. Protective toe impact, compression, penetration and slip tests are performed by independent third-party laboratories such as SGS or Intertek, and test reports are issued with each certified production batch.

Should I choose steel toe or composite toe safety shoes?

Steel toe caps are economical, compact and deliver proven 200-joule impact protection, while composite or fiberglass caps are lighter, non-magnetic, thermally non-conductive and airport friendly. Both can be paired with steel or flexible aramid anti-penetration midsoles rated to 1,100 newtons, depending on your workplace hazards.

What do the S1, S1P, S2 and S3 protection classes mean?

S1 footwear has a protective toe plus antistatic and energy-absorbing heel; S1P adds a penetration-resistant midsole; S2 adds water penetration and absorption resistance; S3 combines the puncture midsole with a water-resistant upper and cleated outsole. We help you select the right class for construction, logistics, mining or light industry.

How long does safety shoe sampling and bulk production take?

Safety shoe samples take 7-15 days with existing outsoles and about 15-20 days when a new injection mold is needed. After sample and documentation approval plus deposit, bulk production of 1,000-10,000 pairs takes 25-35 days, with third-party testing scheduled in parallel so reports ship with the goods.

What additional features and branding are available?

Options include dual-density PU injection, rubber heat-resistant outsoles, SRC slip resistance, oil and acid resistance, ESD antistatic builds, waterproof membranes, reflective panels and thermal lining. Branding covers embossed logos, woven labels, custom boxes, hang tags, barcode labels and full CE marking documentation for EU importers.
