Our injection workshop produces one-piece EVA slides, platform slides, sport sandals, leather sandals and flip-flops using EVA, high-elastic EVA, PU, PCU and rubber. Our in-house CNC mold room cuts exclusive footbed and strap molds with your logo molded in 3D, while anti-slip textured outsoles are standard.

EVA & PU Injection Molding
Multiple injection machines mold one-piece footbeds with controlled density and rebound, producing lightweight, odor-resistant slides and sandals with consistent weight and dimensions.
Strap & Upper Assembly
EVA, PU-bonded leather, genuine leather, webbing and fabric straps are bonded or stitched to the footbed, with buckles, hook-and-loop adjusters and toe posts fitted and pull-tested.
Custom Mold Making
Our CNC workshop cuts aluminum and steel footbed and strap molds from your CAD or sample, including recessed 3D logo cavities, arch contours and drainage channels for sport sandals.
QC, Pairing & Packing
Each batch checks hardness, dimensions, strap bond and anti-slip texture, then pairs are matched, cleaned, barcoded and packed into poly bags, boxes or display cartons per your channel.

What is the MOQ for OEM slippers and sandals?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pairs per slipper or sandal style for existing molds, split across colors. Styles requiring a new custom footbed or strap mold usually start at 1,000 pairs to cover tooling. Reorders begin at 1,000 pairs, and large retail programs of 10,000+ pairs receive priority injection-line scheduling.
Can you make custom EVA and PU molds for our brand?
We design and cut custom aluminum or steel EVA and PU molds in our in-house CNC workshop from your drawings or samples. A new slide or sandal mold takes about 15-20 days to sample; mold fees are quoted upfront and exclusive tooling remains your property, with free lifetime maintenance during cooperation.
What materials are used for your slippers and sandals?
We injection-mold standard and high-elastic EVA, soft PU and PCU footbeds, plus rubber and blown EVA outsoles. Straps are made from EVA, PU-bonded leather, genuine leather, webbing, fabric or elastic, with buckles, hook-and-loop adjusters and metal or plastic hardware fitted during assembly.
What slipper and sandal styles can you manufacture?
We produce one-piece EVA slides, platform slides, sport sandals, hiking sandals with adjustable straps, leather sandals, flip-flops, beach slippers, home and hotel open-toe slippers and closed-toe wellness clogs. Men's, women's and kids' size runs are available across most styles with matching color palettes.
How long does sampling and bulk production take?
Samples from existing molds ship in 7-10 days; new-mold samples take 15-20 days. After approval and deposit, bulk production of 1,000-10,000 pairs takes 25-35 days, including injection, strap assembly, pairing and final AQL inspection. Orders above 50,000 pairs take 35-45 days and can ship by mixed containers.
How can our brand logo be applied to the footwear?
Logos can be 3D molded directly into the footbed or strap, embossed, debossed, silk-screen printed, heat transferred or applied as rubber badges. We also provide custom hang tags, poly bags, branded boxes, display cartons, barcode or FNSKU labels and FBA prep for online and retail programs.
