Our boot workshop handles martin and combat boots, work boots, chelsea boots, chukka and desert boots, hiking boots and fashion ankle boots, built by cemented, direct-injection, vulcanized or Goodyear welted construction. Our in-house CNC mold room develops custom lug outsoles, boot lasts and hardware to your specification.

Reinforced Uppers & Stitching
Thick oiled leathers are skived, stitched with bonded thread and reinforced at the toe, heel and stress seams. Speed hooks, eyelets and D-rings are machine-set for years of secure lacing.
Direct-Injection Soling
Our PU and TPU injection machines mold dual-density soles directly onto the lasted upper, creating a seamless, waterproof bond ideal for work and service boots, with custom tread molds.
Last & Mold Development
In-house CNC tooling develops round, square and moc toes, ankle-height and knee-height boot lasts, plus rubber lug molds, protecting your exclusive shapes and shortening revisions.
Performance QC Testing
Every boot batch undergoes flex testing, sole bond pull tests, slip-resistance checks and AQL 2.5 final inspection; third-party SGS, Bureau Veritas or QIMA inspections are welcome.

What is the MOQ for OEM boot production?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pairs per boot style, split across 2-3 colors. Goodyear welted styles and direct-injection styles requiring a new outsole mold start at 500 pairs. Reorders generally begin at 1,000 pairs, which gives better pricing and priority scheduling across our eight lasting lines.
What boot styles can your factory manufacture?
We manufacture martin and combat boots, work and service boots, chelsea boots, chukka boots, desert boots, hiking boots, motorcycle boots and fashion ankle boots for men and women. Styles can be built from your tech packs and samples, or adapted from our ODM library with custom toes, heights and hardware.
Which boot construction methods do you offer?
We offer cemented construction for classic fashion boots, direct PU or TPU injection for waterproof work boots, vulcanized rubber for hiking and winter styles, and Goodyear welting for premium resoleable boots. Our engineers recommend the construction method based on your target price, usage scenario and required sole flexibility.
What materials are used for custom boots?
Boot uppers use full-grain cowhide, oiled and pull-up leather, nubuck, suede, split leather with PU coating and durable mesh panels. Linings include pigskin, mesh and quick-dry fabric, with thermal insulation and waterproof membrane options. Metal eyelets, speed hooks, heavy-duty zippers and elastic gussets are fitted in house.
How long does boot sampling and bulk production take?
Boot samples take 7-15 days with existing tooling; a new outsole injection mold takes about 15-20 days to sample. After approval and deposit, bulk runs of 1,000-10,000 pairs finish in 25-35 days, and orders above 30,000 pairs take 35-45 days including lasting, finishing and AQL inspection.
Can you add private label branding to the boots?
Yes. We supply woven and embossed logos, metal badges, printed sock liners, custom eyelets and zipper pulls, hang tags, poly bags, branded boot boxes and barcode or FNSKU labels. Custom Pantone leather, waxed laces and carton printing can all be matched to your brand guidelines for retail or online sales.
