Safety footwear is PPE under EU law. We produce to EN ISO 20345 S1-S3, arrange EU-type examination with a notified body, and deliver the Declaration of Conformity, technical file and translated user instructions — ready for market surveillance authorities.
REACH Materials & Audits
We control SVHC substances, azo dyes, chromium VI, phthalates and nickel release, with SGS, Intertek or BV reports per shipment. Current BSCI and SEDEX SMETA audits are shared directly on amfori and SEDEX for your retail customers.
VAT, Customs & DDP
Duties, import VAT and EORI paperwork often delay first-time importers. Our DDP service to all major EU destinations clears customs through a European partner, so goods arrive at your DC with duty and VAT settled — one invoice, predictable landed cost.

Yes. Our occupational safety boots are manufactured to EN ISO 20345 in S1, S1P, S2 and S3 protection classes under the EU PPE Regulation 2016/425, with EU-type examination carried out by a notified body. We supply the EU Declaration of Conformity, the technical file and CE user information in the languages of your destination market.
Are your footwear materials REACH compliant?
Yes. We produce against the latest REACH SVHC candidate list and control restricted substances including azo dyes, chromium VI in leather, lead, cadmium, phthalates and nickel release. Material test reports from SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas can be arranged per order, and we support chrome-free and vegan uppers for sustainability-focused EU brands.
Can you provide the BSCI or SEDEX audit reports European retailers ask for?
Yes. FootwearShoes is BSCI and SEDEX SMETA audited, and current audit reports can be shared directly through the amfori BSCI platform or SEDEX with your retail membership. We also maintain ISO 9001 quality certification, and follow-up audits or customer-specific social audits can be scheduled at our Dongguan factory.
How do you handle EU VAT and customs clearance?
We offer both CIF to main EU ports and door-to-door DDP service to Hamburg, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Felixstowe and inland destinations. Under DDP our European freight partner imports under its EORI number, pays customs duty and import VAT, and delivers to your warehouse; you receive one consolidated invoice with no separate clearance work.
What is your MOQ and size range for European private label orders?
MOQ starts at 300 pairs per style and can be split across 2-3 colors. Standard runs use EU sizing — Men 39-46, Women 36-41 and kids 24-35 — with UK half sizes available. Private label packaging can include multilingual warning text, recycling symbols, size stickers and FSC-certified shoe boxes to meet European retail and sustainability requirements.
