Our standard small-batch MOQ is 300 pairs per style, which can be split across two or three colors. To reach this quantity we use existing lasts and outsoles from our ODM library and customize the uppers, colors and branding. Completely new sole molds require larger runs to be economical.

MOQ exists because leather, mesh and sole materials come in minimum rolls or batches, and line changeovers cost time. We reduce MOQ by sharing proven tooling, grouping small orders on flexible cells and scheduling material buys efficiently — without switching to cheaper material grades.

Yes. The same material suppliers, stitching teams and lasting equipment are used, and every batch passes four AQL 2.5 checkpoints: incoming materials, cutting, lasting and finished goods. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can also be arranged for small orders.

Yes. Woven labels, printed logos, sock-liner printing and hang tags work from 300 pairs. Fully custom printed boxes usually start at 500 pieces; for 300 pairs we offer quality blank boxes with branded stickers or labels so your unboxing still looks fully branded.

Unit price is higher than 10,000-pair bulk because material and setup costs are spread over fewer pairs, but most of our small-batch sneakers land in a competitive factory-direct range depending on materials. Send your target style and we will quote exact FOB pricing within 24 hours.

Yes. We commonly produce 300-1,000 pair reward batches for crowdfunding campaigns, including mixed sizes, custom packaging and direct express shipping to backers in multiple countries. Once your campaign succeeds, scaling to larger runs is a seamless reorder with the same approved sample.
