Cutting, stitching, lasting, sole attaching and hand finishing all happen inside our own 12,000㎡ plant.

Leather Selection & Cutting
Full-grain and top-grain cowhide is batch-sorted by thickness, temper and surface grain, then click-cut along the natural grain direction to reduce waste and ensure symmetrical, clean vamps.
Goodyear Welted Craft
Experienced welters stitch a genuine welt to the upper and insole rib, add a cork-filled shank chamber, then lock-stitch the outsole — making the shoes breathable, supportive and fully resoleable.
Cemented Assembly Line
Our high-output cemented line uses water-based PU adhesive, automated roughing, hydraulic sole pressing and heat-cured bonding for lightweight oxfords and loafers at competitive commercial price points.
Finishing & AQL Control
Edge inking, burnishing, cream polishing and mirror-glazing are done by hand specialists, followed by AQL 2.5 inspection covering color matching, stitching, last shape and pairing before boxing.

Leather Shoe Manufacturing FAQ
What is the MOQ for OEM leather shoes?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pairs per leather shoe style, which can be split across 2-3 colors. For Goodyear welted styles, MOQ starts at 500 pairs because of the hand welting work. Reorders usually begin at 1,000 pairs for improved unit pricing and faster scheduling on our dress-shoe lines.
What grades of leather do you work with?
We mainly use full-grain and top-grain cowhide, also called first-layer cow leather, plus corrected grain, suede, nubuck, patent calf and soft sheepskin linings. All leather comes from audited tanneries with batch thickness sorting, and REACH-compliant material test reports are available on request for EU and US buyers.
Can you produce both Goodyear welted and cemented leather shoes?
Yes. Our Goodyear welted shoes use a genuine welt, cork-filled midsole and lock stitching, so the shoes are resoleable and long lasting. Our cemented line uses water-based PU adhesive with heat curing for lighter, more price-competitive oxfords and loafers. Blake-stitched and stitch-down construction can also be quoted.
Which leather shoe styles can you manufacture?
We manufacture oxfords, derbies, whole-cut shoes, cap-toe brogues, wingtips, monk straps, loafers, penny and tassel loafers, chukka boots and dress boots for men, plus leather pumps, loafers and ankle boots for women. Production runs from your tech packs, reference samples or our ODM patterns, with custom lasts and grading.
How long do leather shoe sampling and bulk production take?
First samples take 7-15 days: around 7 days with existing lasts and 12-15 days for a new custom last. After sample approval and deposit, bulk production of 1,000-10,000 cemented pairs takes 25-35 days. Goodyear welted orders need about 5-7 extra days for hand welting and finishing.
What private label branding is available for leather shoes?
We provide embossed and foil logos, woven and printed tongue labels, printed sock liners, custom hang tags, leather care cards, dust bags, branded shoe boxes and export cartons with your marks. Custom Pantone leather colors, burnishing effects and metal logo badges can be developed for your dress footwear line.
